Pros

Cheap canteen, new building lots of parking

Cons

Worst management to date. Micro managed and no progression. Yound workforce in the office and also only get better treatment if you are friends with management.

Pros

I was lucky to work alongside a few genuinely kind and like-minded coworkers who helped make tough days more bearable. The camaraderie among staff—especially those navigating the same challenges—was a real source of support. Also, the food provided was decent, and definitely one of the more tolerable aspects of the workday.

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined this company, but my experience quickly soured due to an unhealthy workplace culture driven by poor leadership and a lack of genuine care for employees. The owner and their family maintains a constant and overbearing presence in the day-to-operations, they are frequently involved in business decisions and interactions with staff in ways that create confusion, favoritism, and tension. It’s difficult to feel secure in your role when there’s so much informal influence and blurred lines between personal relationships and professional responsibilities. One of the biggest issues was the lack of concern for employee health and safety. There were repeated situations where it was clear the company prioritized staying operational or profitable over protecting its staff. Employees were sometimes encouraged to push through illness or work in conditions that were clearly unsafe or unregulated. Efforts to bring up concerns were either dismissed or spun as “complaining,” which created a culture where people stopped speaking up altogether. The workload expectations were excessive and often unrealistic, especially when paired with the consistently low pay. Employees were stretched thin, regularly asked to take on multiple roles, and rarely acknowledged or compensated for going above and beyond. Raises and promotions were rare, and when they happened, they did not reflect the level of effort or dedication expected. This company has potential, but unless leadership takes serious steps toward professionalizing its operations, listening to employees, and respecting boundaries between personal beliefs and workplace decisions, I wouldn’t recommend working here. There are far better environments where your time and energy will be respected.
