Pros

The pay was better than average. $20-$25/hr with experience. $14/hr with little to no experience. Decent job for a single, non-parent. They will hire pretty much anyone (not necessarily a good thing if you're a lead)

Cons

The pay was better than average but the sacrifices you are required to make for the company aren't worth it. You are expected to travel, a lot, with less than 24 hours notice, on your own time without reimbursement. If I had to do it over, I would not have given a 2 weeks notice. If you leave Net100 for a competitor, your employment will be terminated when you give your notice. If you go to a non-competitor, you will be treated differently and they may or may not have work for you until the end of your notice.

Pros

good place to gain experience fast as you are worked and treated like a mule

Cons

no stability. no advancement. must call job line everyday @4pm to see where to see where you are working and with whom. while some leads are great others with power issues micro manage simple tasks while they themselves do nothing but talk loud and complicate what should be a simple work environment making these daily changes very unsettling. some actcually are very poor at their craft. you will be forced at times to break federal law and work 12 hour shifts weeks at a time with a 30 minute rushed lunch and no breaks all the while not knowing your future or even the benefits and pay scale for the company which will not be communicated to sub species errr i mean temps.
