You don't see many chances of growth within the company. Their performance review is blend and applies to every team, which for some teams it should not because they have different functionalities. Management vision is narrow and they do not have a dedicated Scrum Master to organize objectives and goals. No exit interview, they don't care about things they can improve unfortunately.
