I've never worked at a company that let me learn and grow my skillset in the way NetActuate has, and frankly it's spoiled me. If you think of that small core team where you can wear multiple hats, work on important and a wide range of projects, that's NetActuate. Very flexible in working hours and location be it onsite or WFH. A great team of expert peers that are there to offer advice or collaborate.

With a service and team that operates 24x7x365 across 5 time zones there is always something going on and something new every time you start your day. Having spent the last decade in tech, at both startups and big enterprise, I can say that I’ve been exposed to and learned more cutting edge skills maintaining a critical production environment here than in all of that time combined. If you are motivated and truly have a passion for the technology you use or want to learn more about in an agile based environment, NetActuate may be a great fit. The management team (including the CEO) are extremely hands on and available - both personally and professionally. As a small company with a fairly flat structure, you have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and can really make a difference in a meaningful way.
