    Positive Outlook

I have been working at NetComm Wireless full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Recent changes in CEO and Senior Management (start of 2017) have seen a lot of positive changes for the company which have given me much more hope for the future. Last year I had started to look for other work, I've put that on hold now and the general feeling of staff is one of optimism.

    Cons

There are still some growing pains and the company does have a way to go but it's happening. Some staff are resistant to changes and want to keep doing things how they always have been done but that is to be expected.

    Cons

Pay on the low side. Unreasonable targets set for the sales reps. MD was an absolute micro manager. He would stomp around the floor everyday at 3pm to see who was still in the office at the time.
