Cons

The company shuts down for two weeks in the summer and two weeks in the winter, and you’re required to take your vacation during the voted periods. - After you move up to mid-level, the workload increases significantly, and the few vacation days left are hard to get approved. - Another downside is the lack of transparency in the promotion process—there’s no clear job description, salary ranges, or career path
