Pros

The Managers will teach you well as long as you show interest Customers aren't as bad as expected many calls are simple no longer than five minutes There is always work when you want to

Cons

Not as flexible scheduling Pay is unclear from what they tell you in training Keeping up with minimum hours is very difficult for students Breaks are very unclear they only want you to take your lunch break but bathroom and other necessary breaks are discouraged/not acknowledged

Pros

Very nice company, very family oriented. Understanding of schedule, just have to let them in advance of any days off. Job is very flexible when it comes to scheduling.

Cons

Getting cursed out when calling people. The raises aren’t that high, and the benefits aren’t the best.
