Pros

Some good people in the Houston office. Attempting to launch a new platform.

Cons

Outdated technology, On credit hold from vendors like Avaya and they have let many of their certifications expire. Very few products to sell. Then there is lack of support, 1 voice technician to cover all of Houston, no structured cable engineer.

Lack of good management, did not care about the company. Had one really good manager and he was railroaded out the door

Cons

Incompetant and greedy management drove the company into debt and eventually was bought out. No pay raises or annual reviews. We also never paid our vendors. Also very top heavy management

The company is owned by the Patriarch Group with assets of $8B. They could have a great story to tell if NetVersant were truly part of the family.

Cons

The company went through structured bankruptcy and managed under a microscope. cash flow issues abound and new CEO has cut headcount by probably 25%-35%. Others have left under their own volition due to many reasons to elaborate. However when the #2 & #3 ranked sales people for the last 3 years leave , red flags go up.
