None. I am only typing in this area because you cannot submit the review unless you have at least twenty words.

Cons

This company has existed for 10+ years and still functions like a startup company that just got off the ground yesterday. They do not follow best practices. Beyond terrible customer service. Unethical. Also, never expect to receive a paycheck on time contractors. Disorganized and stuck in the stone ages regarding every aspect of operations. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.

Pros

You will either succeed or fail...and it's up to you. Let's contractors borrow money when they are down on their luck. (seriously, who does this) Helps contractors succeed by buying tools, laptops, rents cars for them, etc. They could easily turn their back on someone and find another person, but they help their contractors.

Cons

None....unless you are salty and have a bad attitude.

It's a job. There really aren't other pros. I'm just writing filler. 20 word minimum seems like a lot. Still not there.

Cons

Highly disorganized, low pay, extremely expensive healthcare, no paid time off. In terms of organization and being able to get things done, probably the worst company I've ever worked for.
