      Lack of upper leadership/direction .

      Pros

      Engineering staff are top notch minus one or two. Service team has a good environment and very hard working.

      Cons

      Lots of turn over. In the short time I was there more than 25+ individuals were either fired or left. Lack of leadership from senior management, meaning no direction given or it's changed constantly. Lack of accountability outside the service department. Lots of disorganization within sales department. Which causes wrong orders and missed timelines for clients.

      Relaxed Environment, Senior & Help Desk Engineers are Knowledgeable

      Cons

      No formal training process No Support from management for new employees Understaffed & overworked service team No marketing strategy for the overall company Lots of turn over managerial & service staff Service Manager has no experience in managerial role Company fallen behind on current technologies & speed of change Lots of customer turn over, in 6 weeks 4 companies left 2 came on board
