Nice and friendly work environment and culture. Very reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

Fast-paced nature of work is more sales and support oriented, but not as much for development, so if you're looking to grow as a developer, you may want to look elsewhere. Personal work space a bit crowded. Salary a bit on the lower side.
