      Pros

      Netchannels is expert in matching highly-skilled talent in the technology sector with companies that are actively hiring. They have strong relationships with hiring managers, which bypasses the lost time and opportunity going through unqualified HR screeners and recruiters. This distinguishes Netchannels. They are very responsive and properly and accurately set and manage expectations.

      Cons

      I cannot point to anything I would consider a challenge.

      Excellent option for outsourced employment

      Pros

      Netchannels has broad reach into the major tech employers and can provide paths to jobs with them in difficult economic times, since many IT companies are now looking to hire outsourced workers to maintain flexibility and keep costs down. And, because you're a placed contract worker, you work just 40 hours instead of being pulled into working nights/weekends as is common if your a tech company FTE

      Cons

      There are no vacation or other typical IT employer benefits. Health insurance is provided (because it's mandatory for them to do so) but the big thing is going without vacation time. The compenstation is less than what you'd get being a direct hire b/c Netchannels takes a percentage of your paycheck.

      Netchannels' W2 employees have 9 paid Holidays per year and we do not cap vacation time. This means that you can take vacation when you want without any limits as long as the client approves the time off which in 20+ years, they always have done.

      Pros

      Catrine, the CEO knows a good prospect when she sees it. When I decided to take on a role as a contractor at Google Cloud, Catrine helped me understand the nuances of going from full time employee to contractor and enabled me to step into the job with ease. Netchannels is a company that is run by women and they take care of each other. The benefits package is far better than I could imagine as a contractor too. And of course, the manager I had at Google Cloud was amazing too, so it was really a win-win for me.

      none really - vacation is based on honor system which was new to me. Catrine is very willing to work with you on that
