Pros

It is a big company ! For someone that seeks for a company that will keep him/her under a paycheck for many many years, this is the right choice. Something like the safety net feeling the public sector gives to its employees.

Cons

Low rate salaries ! Really bad management ! It's easier to work in the company for several years, resign for at least a year and then come back with a much bigger salary, than being working this same period in the company waiting to get a raise.

Pros

- Suitable for beginners or those at an intermediate level. - They excel at marketing themselves as the top IT company in the market, and it's true that they offer numerous activities and appealing benefits. However, these are not the main aspects you'll find there.

Cons

- Remote work is not even an option. - Some managers exhibit unprofessional behaviour and treat employees poorly. I know colleagues who left the company or were fired due to this issue.

Thank you for sharing and for taking the time to write this review. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and I am glad to hear that you believe Netcompany to be a good place to start out your career. It is important for us to always support our colleagues in their development and well-being – no matter their role or level. However, I am sorry to read about some of the other concerns that you are raising. It is crucial for us to create and uphold an inclusive culture where everyone is treated with personal and professional respect and where there are equal opportunities for all. We offer our managers continuous training to ensure they have the right competencies to excel. Furthermore, we have created various company policies to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, as well as our whistleblower system, where you can anonymously report any serious or suspected offences that may impact Netcompany as a whole or the health of an individual. In terms of working remotely. We are aware that the hybrid workplace model is being used differently across projects, and that is actually the point. Projects differ in many ways, and sometimes, a specific project phase entails a need for all team members to be physically present. Working from home is an opportunity that can be used when it makes sense in the team, so our best advice is to speak with your project manager to find a solution and align expectations. Including expectations of the team's need for project managers to be present, because that is of course also part of this equation. We are regularly evaluating our Hybrid Workplace Model, so we really appreciate your candid feedback. If you would like to elaborate, I would be happy to address your concerns. Feel free to reach out to me at malg@netcompany.com. Best, Maggie
