      No pros at all .

      Cons

      HR will never get back to you. And keep delaying your offer letter, they will keep wait for another student who will do same work in low package. Firstly They promise you that They will send you a offer letter but they will reject you after 2-3 months and said you are not a perfect fit because they get another student who can do same work at very low package.
