      Working here was a fantastic experience! The team is full of talented and supportive people, creating a truly collaborative and positive work environment. The company offers industry-leading technology and solutions, keeping employees at the forefront of innovation. On top of that, the benefits are excellent, showing a real commitment to employee well-being. Highly recommend!

      Cons

      Overall, a fantastic place to work with cutting-edge solutions and a supportive culture. However, communication platforms can sometimes feel noisy, making it hard to filter important updates. Additionally, operating across three key geographies presents some coordination challenges, but the team does a great job of managing them

Having gone through the acquisition in Australia it is great to hear you refer so positively to the way that has and continues to be managed. There is no doubt making communications across 3 geographies that circle the globe is tough, but a lot of effort is made on a daily basis to ensure it is as streamlined and effective as possible - so its nice to read that you feel that those efforts are successful.       Don't fall into the Trap

      Pros

      * Good pay ( the trap ) * Good advertisement of the work you'll be doing ( Which turned out to be a lie)

      Cons

      * Quite a hostile environment * Extremely old technology( Perl is the main programming language, the fact that they'll be hiding, since the job market for it is very small) * Not only are there no plans to upgrade, they actively are against any suggestions to do so. (I literally got a warning due to suggesting it) * Not that many other positions in Bath. So when you decide to leave, if you had moved there you'll have a really hard time. * Terrible middle management, who hide issue from CEO pretty well, and the CEO buys it * Questionable ethics regarding how they provide their services. If a law suit were to come out of it, I wouldn't be surprised.

      -reasonable money -remote working available -decent holiday allowance -good work/life balance

      -felt there was no respect for junior staff members -presented with no progression opportunities -very little training/onboarding given -regularly ignored by management
