Pros

Ability to learn lots of technology, supports getting certifications, great for early career advancement.

Summers are the most challenging as they were the bulk of the yearly profits for engineering resources although this could have changed, travel was unexpected at times with projects.

Netech understands the importance of staying competitive in the market today in order to attract the best talent that the IT industry has to offer. To add value to the current competitive packages that we offer our employees and Netech’s strong belief in continued education, we coordinate an annual 2-day extensive educational training event for our engineering teams. This event keeps them updated on all new products and solutions currently available in the market, as well as an opportunity to collaborate with their fellow peers and the many strategic partners that Netech has relationships with. Additionally, we feel that it’s important to provide and encourage a career path in the field of IT for interested individuals with our growing program, Netech University. We bring in new college graduates and individuals changing careers paths in to expose them to new opportunities they have available within the ever-growing industry of technology.
