I stumbled into this company on a referral not knowing completely what I was getting into, turns out it was the best thing to ever happen to me. Its a ton of great people working together to do awesome things for some wonder clients. I can say with pride that my work will have a positive influence on an entire community, and that is something I have not been able to say about some of my previous jobs. The Culture is PHENOMENAL!! The Talent is INCREDIBLE!! The Management (top to bottom) is chock full of leaders you want to follow!!

This is the company I have been searching for. After years working in the enterprise (manufacturing, financial and health care) I was a little hesitant about going back to a consultative role, my concerns were quickly brushed aside. The company sponsors a two day new hire orientation, what a fantastic idea and a way to meet with peers and to be introduced to all of the companies business areas. The senior management team (they are also the owners) are deeply involved in day to day operations, both from a business perspective and also overseeing the team members making sure we are empowered and able to do our jobs. Work / life balance is not just a hip marketing term to them, they were living this concept at the start. I highly recommend that if you are looking for that place that you've only read about, this is it, submit your resume and get the ball rolling.
