People were great to work with Development team are flexible and supportive Continuous steps to ensure I was happy Flexible with commitments Never had any issues noted by others here regarding difficulty working with people from the other countries. They were always friendly and supportive and willing to be flexible to see the project through.

Cons

Product development is in the process of redefining the entire product set, which will always leave things are bit less stable than they would otherwise be.

Time-off for family and events seemed sometimes important. There is not much else to say about this company currently.

Cons

Management is a disaster. They are very poor in salary compensation and provided no raises or room for advancement. After more than 20 years in business, they still run everything like a start-up and have not shown any room for growth because of their lack of responsibility. The software has great potential but their developers have only one goal, release software, working or not! Until they change their mindset on operations, they will not succeed and will continue to be in complete disarray.
