The company’s leave policies are heavily one-sided and designed to benefit only the organisation, not the employees. Micromanagement happens at every level, making it difficult to work with independence or trust.
Mid-management functions more like surveillance for top leadership than as actual leaders. Office politics is prioritised over employee wellbeing or performance. Despite promoting “team-building activities,” employees are discouraged from interacting freely with colleagues, which creates an uncomfortable and restrictive environment.
The overall culture feels disrespectful. New employees or those who are not in the CFO’s inner circle face strict rules, while favourites receive relaxations even when they don’t follow the same policies. Many sales team members have left due to unrealistic targets, lack of proper support, and internal politics driven by leadership.
It’s a highly demotivating and toxic environment that desperately needs a fresh, skilled management team to bring professionalism, fairness, and a healthy work culture. The current leadership behaves as if the workplace is their personal space, and employees often feel mistreated or undervalued.
