Amazing CEO and Co-founder, Great potential for learning, Serene Location, Great vacation policy, Competitive pay, good work-life balance.
Cons
Location - depending on what you prefer - Office is in a hilly small town. Have all the basic facilities (restaurants, theatre, resorts, schools, even a small mall). But don't expect something in the range of Bengaluru or Kochi. Bit chaotic project management - freshers might feel a bit overwhelmed. People will get used to it eventually though.
