Pros

Nothing to offer except that Netik misuse Symphony Teleca brand name for survival

Cons

MD gets violent for no reason. Thinks being sarcastic is cool. MD has a list of favorites and they run company. Its common to see employees being shouted upon, crying. They hire people, fire them at the drop of hat.

Pros

They pay you good salaires and perks.

Cons

Apart from pay, they have nothing to offer to the employees. The HR plays a politician's role and is not at all transparent to the employees. During the interviews they make u go through some onsite interviews so that you get a good impression about the company. You discover the facts once you join the company. They discriminate a lot based on regions and castes. They are only into datawarehousing and they tell all the false stories to the candidates. The environment is highly unprofessional and they might ask you to come and work anytime. The Sr. Management is totally indifferent towards what is happenning to the employees. You would see so many people coming and going from the company but they don't care at all. They have pretty good background in firing people in a day's notice. Sometimes if the employee himself resigns getting frustrated, they don't even release him easily and he is stuck for at least 6-10 months for his relieving papers. Even for interviews, they give a very false impression about the company and would ask people to come down for a Face to Face interview from other regions. After that you get stuck in getting your flight tickets reimbursed. They even stop picking up your phones after that and you get frustrated but you cannot do anything. The higher management in the US and the UK is good but they do not know what's happenning here in India.

3 points would like to highlight; 1) Manager is a money eater, who submits all fake bills of entertainment allowance of whole team and takes it off (Everyone wonder why Finance team do not cross check with team members attended particular party). No one in team knows how much money allotted for particular projects, and neither HR communicates. From 2 years Manager doing same till date. No one cross checks with team. Big shame on Management as well as HR. Who are not even bothered to have skip level? 2) On shore opportunities are utilized by Manager and Team leads, though it should be allotted to people who are contributing more on projects. It’s been 3 years only Manager and team lead are going, moreover no1 from team got downloaded purpose of going on shore. Total useless of contributing in team, there is no corporate governance and Ethics follows.
