- Their ERP product is quite good and replaces SAP and Navision - has built in features like CRM projects procurement inventory order management and manufacturing - certification provided - random and quarterly party in a restuarant with team - Directors are helpful and hands on with business - Good incentives
Cons
- No fix increment cycle - Need to discuss on yearly basis for salary growth - As there is incentives and year end gift of appreciation
