Pros

- Work environment is fine, just because of my cooperative team. - Learning and progress is good, that credit also goes to the whole team. - Senior guys have a good vision to make progress in future.

Cons

That being said, the company's policies are the least human / employee friendly. - All they talk about employee benefits are on paper and would remain on paper only. - For example, they talk about 8 hrs behind the bio-metric and 1 hr for lunch. But still everyone has to complete 9 hours even if they do their lunch in 15 mins and complete the full day's tasks. A product based and IT services company has been turned into a call centre shifts pattern. - "Work hard, party harder". This motto is only on paper and given T-shirts. You are not given the time to do that. - No provision of medical leave. No matter how ill you are. You have to manage within 1.25 leaves month month or get another leaves deducted from your pay. - You work overtime for the given tasks, that isn't even counted unless you spend a minimum of 4 hours extra. But leave for home 5 mins early because you have some errands to complete, half day pay is deducted. They follow these tactics and call themselves a competitor to US based MNC's.

Pros

I worked here for almost 3 years. Here is my short review. 1. Some events organised by HR. 2. Annual Party of the company. 3. Own Building in IT Park and opportunity to see luxurious cars every day. 4. If you working directly with client then it might be your best company. Otherwise politics involved.

Cons

1. You have to move around the manager and HOD to approve your leaves. 2. Only Maintenance projects, No Quality. 3. Late sitting and working weekends are common. 4. Appraisal system is too bad. After completing a year, they will schedule your appraisal meeting after 3 months. 5. They don't want to update with new technologies, specially in working hours. If you take this ownership then you not have the right to mention this into appraisal meeting. 6. Many good developers, team leads and managers left because of management politics.

Pros

No pros, can't say anything good after 1.5 years of working here.

Cons

Despite the company’s claims of being an excellent workplace, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and demoralizing. The internal environment is rife with office politics, and there is a glaring lack of career progression. Promotions are virtually nonexistent, and bonuses, which are promised during hiring, are often withheld. In my case, even after 1.5 years, I never received the joining bonus I was assured. The policies in place are nothing but traps. If you’ve worked for less than three years, you are not allowed to encash your paid leaves, and during your notice period, you’re only allowed to take one leave per month regardless of circumstances. Speaking of notice periods, if you resign, you are shackled with a 3-month notice period, but if they decide to fire you, they only give you a month’s notice. To add insult to injury, they make you sign a restrictive two-year bond, making it incredibly difficult to leave without facing penalties. The company’s lack of integrity extends to its treatment of employees. There is constant fear of being fired without any significant warning, and the unfair handling of notices is demoralizing. If you have absolutely no other options, then perhaps consider this company—but otherwise, steer clear of this toxic workplace. It’s one of the worst places to build your career
