The biggest con is Rajesh Bakshi himself. An outrageously ill mannered and arrogant man Rajesh treats everyone in the office as slaves. He can’t run a business, he doesn’t have people skills, he doesn’t understand the software industry and still wants to run a business. He should go to the remote villages of MP and run a jute mill or something. Guys if you’re reading this review as a potential employee don’t even think of joining this company (you can Thank me later). Trust me, being out of job is better than joining such trash places like Netspec.
