Pros

- 34% higher pay the market value when i jumped to this company. - free flow of breakfast and snacks. - beautiful design office. - a high security office. - an above average office culture - a strategic office location where you can get lrt, ktm and buses. - a visionary and thoughtful CEO, Mr Lam and the ONLY leader I ever seen in Nettium. unfortunately, he is leaving soon in 2018.

Cons

- Poor project management, Project Manager & Senior PM are the Mr/Ms Yes to all clients' requirements, which over burden the Business Analyst (BA) and Software Engineer (SE). Eventually, BA is doing PM job and SE is doing SE and BA jobs. A bit pity to software engineers. - Never Work Life Balance (WLB) although they said they do promote during interview. - Office politic and pass the buck when issue happened, especially in meeting. - Low employee retention, high turnover rate. - Low increment for existing employees. - Most of the PMs are in Nettium to make a living rather than make a difference, just to ensure they get well paid every month. - Employee's opinion is not valued. - Less training given. Even they provide training, they are giving resources and learning opportunity to wrong candidates who are not actually desire to learn. - Promote incapable person to higher position. - Ambiguous job scopes and KPI definition, made a lot good talents to leave.

Pros

- Excellent for IT & business learning & career if current CEO, Lum Mun Choong still managing this company else nah - CEO dare to running new thing to develop better company ( Hackathon, Reward System, Demote Manager Challenge, Incentive Trip, Internal/External Trainning, even schedule a lunch with promoted employee)

Cons

- Political management is NORMAL - Performance driven? Yes, if and only if your manager really know your contributions (or love you) then maybe.. Else, you are DONE. - Show face without doing anything mean "Yeah! You are well done!" Else, you are not performer. - Current CEO no longer manage Nettium anymore

High turnover & bad management

Pros

Promotion is highly possible because of high turnover, including manager level Good bonus if they make big $$$ from addicted gamblers

Cons

Look elsewhere if you have the conscience on supporting gambling/online casino activity No work life balance Unhealthy blame game between departments New policy introduced whenever is convenience Developer do not need to sleep, because customer do not sleep, need to support 24/7
