      Netways offers strong exposure to enterprise projects, especially in Microsoft technologies like SharePoint and Project Online/On-Premise. As a Team Leader, I worked with skilled teams and real customer challenges, which helped me grow both technically and professionally. There is good exposure to real customer challenges rather than just internal or repetitive work.
