This applies for the IT sector: Humanized company; Dependable company; They actually listen to your requests (even the ones where you ask for a raise); They care for the employees.
Cons
This applies for the IT sector: Most of the projects didn't pass through the IT team before the need to develop them; We missed an actual designer (UI/UX); Engineers did everything, from the database all the way to the frontend (UI/UX included).

USA Start up, got in at the ground floor, they pour into developing sales professionals and growing you as a leader.
Cons
There was a focus that often seemed to embrace quantity over quality leads. This was implied by the 100 outbound calls a day no matter what attitude.
