      There’s no pros for me every job is far if you don’t live in Fort Worth you will be driving over an hour .

      Cons

      Poor management and will make your job harder because they are behind on EVERY PROJECT and somehow it’s your fault . When the PMs aren’t doing their job or not sending you with the right tools to get the job done . They want you to be a brown nose and then do you wrong .

      Texas based. Culture is great! Everyone I worked with is like a family. They give you all the resources and help to succeed. Lots of growth within the company.
