      Frequency of snacks and the core employees held it together

      Pay Stress Expected overtime Watching a handful of individuals get all the handouts while the rest watched in disbelief. Almost a complete turnover of employees even though they are ESOP.

      Fun atmosphere, good team working, generally good management

      Cons

      service expectations are high, turnover high, so much work theres little time to train anyone, very little knowledge transfer when staff leave. But frankly typical for a msp of this size
