      Most unfriendly work environment yet

      Pros

      Work from home was a good thing I liked about this position. Also the other coworkers I’ve encountered were great people.

      Cons

      10 hour shifts with unpaid overtime, favoritism being a major factor resulting in the termination of 2 out of 3 new employees while 1 remained, supervisor did not implement proper procedures in the training of new candidates, ageism bias towards younger workers, and mockery of workers personalities in a supposed “diverse” working environment. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to acquire a fulfilling and meaningful career.

Overtime is based on an employee's exemption status under the fair labor standards act, FLSA. If an employee is exempt from OT, they will not receive any pay for it. The company encourages all employees to reach out to Management and/or HR if there are any concerns that need addressing. Your concerns will be reviewed and addressed appropriately based on findings.       Coworkers and supervisors are great Fast paced enviorment Interesting work

      Cons

      Forced to work in person even though office has zero culture and is way too loud. Poor training Raises are insultingly low Terrible leadership up top with zero communication skills. Mass lay offs during work week without any warning. No room to grow and no recent hires, stagnant work staff.
