    Pros

NGL was a good company for a long time that focused on service and had a family-like environment.

    Cons

After several private equity purchases, the culture and service of the company was lost and eventually parts of the company were sold off.

    Pros

Decent money, flexibility, good quality rental van by far at the best rate, keeps you busy nationwide, straightforward, fast application/startup process, so far-so good 🤞

    Cons

Get your own van instead of renting, if you can afford one, otherwise renting it’s ok, but still a bit dear...
