Delay in salary Petty politics

Training is pitiful to say the least. Constant atmosphere in the office. Favoritism is made abundantly clear. Belittling in front of other colleagues. No pay rise after 6 months as agreed. No sick pay despite the new law of January 2023. Money deducted if you are sick, from wages as well as any bonus given after 1 year. New hires start on higher salary than current employees. Other departments in the building receive pay rise and sick pay, Accounts Department DO NOT. Current staff forced to train new staff, regardless of how long they've been there as well as complete an impossible work load at a certain time, repercussion of bonus deduction if not completed. No incentive to work what so ever. Rules constantly changing to suit the company which reflects badly on the employees and the business, customers are left to pay the price.
