I can't think of anything positive for working there. They paid me. But they will screw you out of your PTO.

Tribal knowledge is how you have to get your instruction. No Cell Phones. Lies and no promotions.

Good electronics company competing with the best in the world in its product line. Engineering team is managed very well, never been micro managed in 10+ years and didn't have to work past 5. Lots to learn, Good pay for Cleveland area. TBH some of the reviews here seem unfair

Nothing that isn't present in any other company managing business well, career growth is limited since not a big company
