They lie .....They treat you like a contractor, they use you then loose you when they are done with you, they hire as needed and let you go when done, they walk you to the door w/o any warning, they tell you you make too much $money when the execs are taking home $M's -- only take it if you know it is temporary - dont' let them fool you.

Although there are some good people that work at Neudesic, there are many more good people who no longer work for the company. In recent years, there has been an incredible amount of brain-drain and it is reflected in the quality of work. There is an astonishing lack of maturity in management ranks and it permeates the entire organization. When it comes to bonuses, too often big promises are made with little results. Plans are often thrown together quickly with ambiguous metrics that ultimately cut in the favor of management to either not pay bonuses or to short-change employees.
