This company doesn't appreciate hard work that is given by employees. The pay is not sufficient for masters and bachelor degrees. Not enough resources in order to give clients a variety of treatment groups. More organization is needed from upper management, this place is very unpredictable. One day your job duties can change without notice and you can be expected to complete a job that's made for three people, if not done you will be disciplined.
