Pros
Many opportunities to learn, gain experience with new technologies while improving the quality of the company's product. Fast paced when it comes to developing new features and adapting to customer requirements. The people are very friendly and warm, the number of social & fun activities has been increased recently as well. Head of R&D (Gil) is one of the best managers, if you're pursuing a technological position.
Cons
As a startup company, some of the work processes are not perfectly refined. When it comes to code, there are no detailed conventions. Current office in Israel could use some minor improvements.
