As a nursing assistant you'll always have work, the schedule is pretty solid and predictable.

Cons

You're probably going to have a new boss every 4 months. The onboarding and interview process is a little tedious and honestly looked sketchy at first.

Appreciated the Opportunity to work one one-on-one with individuals with brain injuries. Transportation was provided to utilize when transporting clients.

There needed to be better communication. Better management needed.
