      Heed the warnings!

      Pros

      What the product is supposed to be. The majority of the staff are really great people who work hard and are loyal to the product.

      Cons

      There is no CEO - he "left" in summer 2018. The CFO and COO (of mCT) are in a constant battle for power. The HR position does not function as a typical HR Manager. All HR activity must be approved by the CFO and COO who are not knowledgeable in HR and law. As an HR Manager I should not have been required to conduct entry-level administrative responsibilities for the finance department. Extremely micro-managed and put into situations of forced discrimination and bullying. It was very frustrating to be held back in a career where HR should be moving forward. After many tries of moving the organization away from risks and building a positive environment, you will take many steps back because the CFO will select who to favor and who he will have you work against as a bias. I have never worked for a company where there is such dishonesty, inequality, discrimination and aggressive behavior – and this was stated directly to the CFO who laughed. If you are looking to move ahead in your HR career, this is not the organization to do so. To put this in perspective, I was the third HR Manager between 8/18-5/19. Since 2/28, excluding terminations, 19 people resigned!

      Unjust Environment

      Pros

      Great group of people currently still employed. I hope they all get out soon before reputations are tarnished for having worked for such a shameful company.

      Cons

      Too many bad apples, mostly in senior management. Mental and emotional abusive behavior is demonstrated daily and is often times rewarded. If your opinion differs from that of senior management, brace yourself to be scrutinized for your age and gender. If you're good at your job, don't expect a raise or promotion, but don't be surprised when someone with less/no experience comes in with a better job and higher salary. If you work for all 3 modalities, you'll be excluded from events. Working for NeuroLogica can be like working for 2 different companies. There is no unity. NL is the poster child for workplace bullying and gender wage gaps. The place has gone downhill fast, and senior management has been so busy worry about making themselves look and feel better that they've lost a lot of talented, hardworking employees.

      HARASSMENT, BULLYING and DISCRIMINATION

      Pros

      A job that pays if you don't mind the mistreatment.

      Cons

      Harassment, bullying, favoritism and discrimination is the norm at this company. Worst place I have ever worked at. Director and top management encourage the bad behaviors by not fixing the issues with certain managers which then ruins the entire atmosphere.
