      Pros

      Learned a lot about patient care and was able to get references before applying to grad school.

      Cons

      Sometimes felt under appreciated. I was never offered a raise despite graduating from college and being there for years.

      Most of the Dr's are AMAZING! Very friendly and down to earth. They are very approachable....

      Cons

      The pay is EXTREMELY low for our market. Hard to leave early for any reason... No real coverage...
