Pros

Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

Cons

New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .

Pros

Flexible Schedule, Good amount of time off

Cons

The pay sucks. Raises are practically nonexistent, if you are lucky you will get a .13 cent raise once every two years. When someone quits, their job description is often merged in with your own. The Clinical team here is extremely rude to each other. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
