Pros

It was a job opportunity, and I needed a job to survive and they were flexible in terms of education as they were providing training for each employee based on their needs.

Cons

Most of the employees were highly educated and specialist and newly immigrant who needed a job. We were all underpaid and had to work even on weekends sometimes. The way they treat employee is like slavery. They just abuse people who need a job. They control all of your activities on internet, every page that you check or every process that you do on the computer are all tracked and saved. It is a horrifying place, just avoid it.

Pros

Most of the employees are fun, smart and easy to get along with, the Project Managers often socialize after hours and get along well with each other. The owner and CEO of the company is a very nice man, and very highly regarded in the company and industry.

Cons

The senior management is disrespectful to the employees. The Project Managers are overworked and under appreciated, and management often talks about them behind their backs. When we first start, we're told that the work load is substantial, but that we'll get support from our colleagues and a lot of training to help benefit our careers. What really happens is that we often get work dumped on us as colleagues are sick (burnt out), or quit. This means that we often have to work long hours to stay caught up. Also, our health benefits were changed on us, costing us more (and now no dental) and we now have to pay for it if we want it or not. No other CRO would consider Project Manager jobs what the company calls them, the positions in the company are all badly named and don't align with the industry. This makes it difficult finding work elsewhere.

Pros

- It is good place only for people need to put Project Manager as an experience on their CV

Cons

- The management is very inefficient using abusive methods to make you work more - You are not working really as project managers in other CROs so you are not gaining much experience - Underpaid in comparison with the same post in other CROs - No stability, as the staff turnover is very high
