Wow, this is some review- well what can we say? Perhaps it is true, some persons will always view things as glass half empty! We sincerely apologize for anyone reading this and whom would make the mistake of believing any of what has been wrote to be true. To clarify, NeuronicWorks is a unique organization bridging consultancy and product development as one; we offer great range of employee advantages, health benefits and offer fair and competitive compensation that are based on various factors such as, skills, experience, education, technique and others etc. Now, while we agree to be relatively small/mid-sized, our team is built of hard-working, creative and passionate people- that leave a LARGE footprint in our continued company success and growth. Turn over, or “2 people leaving every month” as described, is evidently inaccurate. We have been privileged to have such fantastic people among us and majority of whom have been with us for years, those whom have left or perhaps we have parted ways (for now) know this to be true that, NeuronicWorks Inc. offers short-term/contract and project related employment as well, this enabling students and other individuals seeking part-time or additional employment the ability to work. In short, those with a serious, out of the box, creative thinking, like minded approach and understanding will be true to know that, NeuronicWorks- Works! We are a fast growing and upcoming company; and sure enough, there must be a reason for that- don’t you think? Thank you again and we hope for those of you actively looking for the next step in your career, you will visit our web-page or give us a call, so that you too can be proof to see how NeuronicWorks, Works.

Pros

Some of the people were good to work with.

Cons

A lot of stuff... but I want to share this: One of the best employees who worked there wanted to get a different (better paying job)... He ended up getting an interview with a different company... The new company called Neuronicworks for a reference and I am 100% serious when I tell you that NW gave that employee a very BAD reference. They did this so that employee can keep working for NW for very LOW wages... They simply don't care about their employees. They just want you to work for very low wage and squeeze every single penny they can from you. Why on earth would you give one of your BEST employees a BAD reference when all they want is a better job and a more money to feed their family? This is exactly what you can expect from this management. Avoid at all costs.

The company keeps a record of all the provided references, and for what we know everybody got that job. Are you sure you got your facts right? We do wish you success in your future endeavours.
