Pros

Mission to improve the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s and related dementia. Many good people, unfortunately poorly led

Cons

Leadership lacks the skill to run a successful business. They appear to be good at fundraising but execution on the vision is severely flawed. CEO in particular has little discretion for boundaries and requests work after 5 on Fridays, weekly all company meetings beginning at 6 pmET, etc. Was frequently assigned fools errands with no explanation other than the CEO thought it was imperative. After 9 years and multiple rounds of investment there should be more to show for it. Made verbal commitments during job offer but leadership failed to follow through on commitments

Pros

Neurotrack has taken some time to find product-market fit, but we have really started to nail down our niche and the opportunities are really coming in. This is such an exciting time to be here and it has been really fun (albeit a little stressful) watching everything come together as we continue to scale. The leadership is strong and works really hard to keep everyone in the loop and up to date on where the company is heading and the rationale/ strategy behind the decisions.

Cons

We are a growing start-up company, so time is of the essence. We work really collaboratively, but there is definitely pressure to get things done in tight timelines. It is not necessarily a con for me, but it is not for everyone so I wanted to make sure to state it for prospective employees.
