Pros: Good brand name and potential for the product/service. Cons: Toxic Support Culture: Beware if you are joining "Support Departments" like Marketing or HR. These teams are heavily influenced by internal politics and favouritism.
Cons
Lack of Leadership Intervention: The top management is disconnected and doesn't interfere in these departments, giving a free hand to certain people to play politics and push out employees unfairly. HR is Part of the Problem: Don't expect any help from HR. Instead of providing solutions, they focus on discussing "people and personalities." You will get zero support in case of a conflict. Personal Grudges: They are spoiling the company's brand just to settle their personal grudges.
