Pros

You learn a ton due to the fast paced environment. If you are a good self-learner, this is great!

Cons

Terrible environment. I had no idea how truly awful the management team of my department was until I switched companies. This is a place where they will point out everything you did wrong rather than acknowledge one single thing that you've done anything right.

Pros

Company store, J&J discounts, being located in Los Angeles was a huge pro. In fact the location was the reason most put up with their roles

Cons

Management is horrible, very top heavy. Definitely a call out nature, meetings could turn into a public chastising. There is no clear on boarding process established, communication is horrible. Literally had a 3 month period after I accepted the offer in which I heard nothing. No surprise their retention rate is low.

Pros

Company store, benefits and pay

Cons

Culture is horrible at corporate and the plant. There is lack of collaboration, much negativity, poor communication and no one helps each other. Management doesn't have a clue what their people are doing and everyone appears to be more concerned with themselves than their employees.
