Pros

I really liked the Management team there. There was a reasonable amount of pressure to perform and they went out of the way to make working there a fun and good experience. Certainly one of the top places to work.

Cons

I was there during a time where they were restructuring and downsizing and that was a lot of painful changes.

Lot's of Perks, Shaky Future

Pros

The company is great at giving out great benefits and perks. There is definitely a 'Ra Ra!' attitude in the place, and that can be exciting.

Cons

The future of the company often feels a little uncertain, and there isn't as much transparency as I would have liked.

Pros

Such a fun group of people to work with. Great experience in learning to think on your feet and having a "can-do" attitude. Hard work and dedication is recognized. Great pay and unmatched benefits package. Great opportunity to grow your skill set. Anyone that complains about work/life balance hasn't ever worked in a job that requires a lot of hours. 90% of the time, employees come in at 9 and leave at 5 and take long lunch somewhere in there, too. Occasionally there are periods where more is required. Some people stay a little later, but it's because they care, not because someone told them they have to.

Cons

Some drama and communication issues, but a good communicator can overcome those and get the answers you need. If you can't handle a little pressure and high expectations, probably not the place for you. If it's too much of a hassle for you to occasionally do an important project after normal work hours...not the job for you.
