Manager is extremely toxic! They will go behind your back to HR and write you up because they are wildly in on at their job. Management has no idea what they are doing and not only holds the department back but also punishes anyone who dares to ask for improvements.
Management has said for over a dr see they invest in new ticketing system and better management tools but when brought up they get angry, red in the face and say things like, “I am getting tired hearing about a new ticketing system.”
If you dont mind a toxic debilitating toxic management team then go ahead and apply, but buyer be warned, no line people are happy to show up at work.
