Pros

During my time at Nevada HAND, I’ve grown from a generic real estate professional to an affordable housing professional. It’s been a rewarding journey. Deals are executed to a high standard, with excellent reputational management and a strong emphasis on integrity. The company’s outlook is strong, with consistent and balanced growth. The leadership philosophy here is unique and naturally attracts smart people who genuinely care about one another and the organization’s mission. Employee feedback is valued. This is a great place to work, whether you’re new to real estate and affordable housing or just starting your career.

Cons

The organization is heavily bureaucratic and process-driven, which can sometimes stifle innovation. Compensation is slightly less competitive than what you might find at for-profit developers.
