      Great Company, Great People

      Pros

      Competitive pay, great health benefits (company paid), 401k options, ESOP, paid vacation, promotes growth. Majority of senior leadership are great people that genuinely care about the employees.

      Cons

      Not as good at providing clear communication, direction and feedback as they are at setting expectations. Constantly getting pulled off task 1 to work on task 2, 3, and 4, only to then get asked why task 1 isn't done yet can get a little discouraging after a while.
