Pros

Some nice colleagues in the office

Cons

Overall this business is run like a prison cell. If you turn away from your screen to do something very minor for 2 minutes you'll be deemed as not acting 'urgent' enough in your job. Meanwhile managers can sit there whispering and gossiping several times through out the day. If you make a mistake, even things that are extremely minor/human error, there's no second chances. Quite a sad way to be as a manager as you should want to help better people than bring them down. Just a very weird, judgemental environment and felt uncomfortable and alienated most of my time there.

Pros

Very creative environment as you would expect in fashion.

Cons

Well. I’ve taken some time to write this as I wanted to emotions to die down a bit, but after a year it feels like the right time. This was the most indescribably sexist working environment I’ve ever encountered. 99% female office I was the only other male. If the situation was reversed then I’d currently be in court proceedings. Imagine the worst sexism from the 1970’s and reverse the roles. Women are far worse than men when it comes to this. Appalling behaviour. Nasty vicious gossip. Personal remarks. If any woman working there was treated like that in a male dominated working environment she’d be screaming blue murder but apparently as it’s “just girls” it’s ok to treat a man like it. Utter hypocrisy. It shed light on the lie about “equality” because when the shoe was on the other foot they wore WORSE than men.
